The Washington Waterfowl Association has taken over the Washington State Duck Stamp and Print program from WDFW. I am currently running the program. If you would like one of the Complimentary Washington duck stamps, that you paid for when you bought your license, send a "Self addressed Stamped envelope, AND a copy of your hunting license to: Washington Waterfowl Assn 12556 - 120th Ave, N.E. #352 Kirkland, WA 98034 You must do this before March 31, 2012. The remaining stamps will be destroyed after that.
