I've had (& cooked) salmon a lot of different ways however none has been better than my fathers alder smoked in a weber. Better than salmon though, I once proposed to a cutie over her orange juice glazed grilled halibut. Wow it was good, try it sometime. Fortunately she turned me down. The topper though (at least so far), was Ono I had on Kauai a couple years ago. Heaven. Perhaps the best meal I've ever had. I look forward to trying Kens Pan Asian marinade if I can find some fresh Ono.
