I've had (& cooked) salmon a lot of different ways however none has been better than my fathers alder smoked in a weber. Better than salmon though, I once proposed to a cutie over her orange juice glazed grilled halibut. Wow it was good, try it sometime. Fortunately she turned me down. The topper though (at least so far), was Ono I had on Kauai a couple years ago. Heaven. Perhaps the best meal I've ever had. I look forward to trying Kens Pan Asian marinade if I can find some fresh Ono.

Wow, most exciting sentence I've read on the web tonight :thumb: . But did you really 'do' some 'butt cheeks'? What was the 'butter' for? Yeah that's cool, not enough stamina to 'beat it' after all that?

Sorry... it was just a play-on-words thing. Kinda light hearted.

    Jealous, Chris.
