If you catch a 3 to 4 lb fish on that light a rod it means you're going to be fighting them for quite a while. I hope these are not catch and release fish because if they've been fighting for that length of time they're going to be so full of lactic acid and overheated the 3rd probably going to die!
If you're willing to flex them beyond what you imagine and/or are probably comfortable, they're certainly capable of respectable landing speeds. (That said, I don't like my teeth on edge when I'm playing a fish, and the impractically of casting anything more than a #14 dry rules them out in my book.)
I have the rod you are looking for. Sage TXL 000710-3 Very lightly fished/used in great shape. Is is discretely marked "demo" on the blank but also has a serial number marking on it. These are very hard to find and I would accept $325 for it. PM if interested.
