Next Thursday looks like it should be a user-friendly day for an old scarecrow to hit a wetside lake, according to the weather forecast. Monday is maybe looking like decent surf fishing conditions here. And I'll probably try to fish next Saturday, since it will be the last chance to extract my money's worth out of my current fishing license.
Consider yourselves forewarned!
Two nights ago here it was lightning, thunder and hail. Last two mornings awoke to BB sized hail covering the ground equivalent to about a half inch of snow accumulation. But the wind has backed off, and the sky is blue here right now, with only a couple of small, but ominous looking pockets of low pressure sneaking toward the coast. Temp will be pushing into the mid-40's here today. I have to chow down some breakfast and head out to a local beach!
Thurs is still looking good for heading to a wetside lake.
Two inches of snow at my place when I got up and snowing hard when I headed to work. The pass had 6" of new stuff and snowing hard. I think spring took off to warmer places.
