Would that be to big for a 16' drift boat?

I have a 1994 Merc 25 hp, and it's a great motor! My buddy, who is a huge Yamaha fan and was not so keen on Mercs up until he fished out of my boat, is now a huge convert and is first in line to buy the boat if I sell it. :)

This seems like a great deal for this outboard!

Sorry guys for not responding before now, I've been out of town (and it wasn't to go fishing, darn). Anyway, here are the answers to your questions:
    1) Hi Jim - I'll send pictures today.
    2) Actually, it's perfect for a 15' drift boat if you don't have a permanently mounted stern anchor system.
    3) I'm not sure on the weight, I can lift it by myself - I would guess-t-mate around 65 lbs.

If you put this on Craigslist, you'd sell it quickly!
