Lower Skeena

I had a nice day fishing the tidal portion on the lower Skeena today. The river is finally in its grey phase and it will only improve now. Due to late melt the river has not recieved much pressure this year and as a result I believe there was good escapement of Chinooks. Bonked a couple Sockeye and released lots of fresh Pinks and my first summerrun of the year. Due to flooding some portions of the river need some exploration to find new migration routes.:)
