SAUSAGE FEST 2013!



That's right! Pink salmon sausage brought to you by fellow board member Ten80 and myself. We did three recipes:

Spicy:
  • salmon
  • trimmed pastured pork fat (from pigs I butchered earlier this year)
  • roasted garlic
  • chili powder
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pork intestine casing
Spinach:
  • Salmon
  • trimmed pastured pork fat
  • roasted garlic
  • fresh spinach
  • chopped onion
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pork intestine casing
Smoked:
  • lightly applewood smoked salmon
  • trimmed pastured pork fat
  • roasted garlic
  • salt
  • pepper
  • pork intestine casing
I highly suggest trying this. It's ridiculously good.
