At this point, I'm "good" on my department (food). Any misc will pay the extra expenses that come up. Think I mentioned it, but had someone volunteer to pay for the KOA, so that's an expense that's covered.
Thank you all who donated. Need to start making up the "in kind" donation forms for all of you. We'll be getting by pretty good. If you still want to donate, great. Always odds and ends that come in last minute.
I should add. I do believe with another big donation from a Fly club on this board and a couple "non WFF" donaters we'll be at around the $4,000 mark. I actually did a few change ups on the food. Was able to drop down cost quite a bit with a small tweak. So that was a HUGE savings there. So think we're about 100% covered.
