A map site

    For those of us who like to scout around: TopoZone.com has USGS maps on line. The find map feature lets you get close with a name then you can scroll around until you run out of time. You may have to play with place names to get one that correlates with the name on the map - it didn't find Jacks Pass, Wa., but Beckler River, Wa. worked. Latitude and longitude can be approximated from an Atlas. The maps also show underwater contours.
