My apologies again, however, 32 steelhead, 4 kings, and 50 18"+ browns and rainbows in 58 days is some serious shit requiring much more than "time and effort." Don't sell yourself short....those kinds of numbers are very impressive. I'm envious of your skills and the amount of time you make to fish. I'm lucky to get half that amount of time between work and family. I'm not an asshole, nor do I ever act like one. Did you see the resemblence between yourself and Itchy Dog in those photos to which I earlier referred?

Well Jim , so long.bawling: I guess all your ranting to show that you are such an intense person, doesn't have any bearing on being a quitter, you need to not be so intense and sit back and enjoy life.

Now if you want to talk about fishing stats.. Come see me when you have caught a 55 lb rooster or a 42lb wahoo or a 125lb sailfish, and the list goes on, on the fly rod, now here is the kicker, in a kayak. now that's fishing.

Again so long Jim, We will all say a silent prayer for Jim and make a hardy cheer that his coppenhagen doesn't kill him before his intense high blood pressure does.:beer2:

When did this board become a dick measuring contest? People need to lighten the f-ck up!
I caught a 11-inch cutt on the Flathead yesterday!

Great fish Jim. After reading your story about the fly that finally nabbed him, I'm guessing that the most important thing wasn't the fly pattern itself but the fact that you took some time out to sit on a rock and think about it. Your constant casting of new and different patterns might have put him off a bit. Giving him a rest to grow bolder probably meant just about anything would have worked.

    Thanks for sharing,

    K

Wow! This is some f'cked up sh't... The dude was just trying to share his glory of a monster fish, and then get's sh't on after defending his credibility of that catch. I thought his response was warranted and well thought out. Maybe a bit intense, but that's his right considering the circumstances. Nice fish Jim! Keep sharing your trophies, I definitely appreciate it.

  8. Well, the last time I posted, I stated that I'm done with this post but after viewing the following I couldn't help myself. True Colors....assholes always get outed as they can't help themselves. The following is a conversation between the almighty Tim..aka agsalmon and his buddy Kevin Lunde. Great guys that I'm sure all of us members of this board need to hear more from. Our reputations are a totality of our past. Keep up the good work guys as your legendary status will just keep growing with bullshit like this.

If you care to verify this, just go to Kevin Lunde's post, click on his big fish picture next to his name and it will come up. You can click on the "see this conversation" and there it is. Two great honorable members.

This first one is Tim..agsalmon talking to Kevin

Frickin hilarious post...I love getting a rise (no pun intended) out of guys on this board (figuratively speaking...phew), but often times its too easy. Thanks for the support from a local Spokanite. Tim

This one's Kevin's response back to Tim

I rather enjoyed that. I cannot believe how fast these guys on this site will spool up over some of the most asinine things.. I got your back.. Now tell me where all your fishing spots are.. LOL

At this time, Tim's (agsamons) statement in his posts that he didn't mean anything and that he's not an asshole are obviously now glowing in a little different light.

Now, as Jim Rome would say, "I'm headed to the basement"! Out!

I'm still waiting for Itchy to chime in about his lousy tan before this thread gets closed.

    Nice fish, Jim.

If I didnt know better, I'd swear it was in New Zealand. Wrong vegetation, right species and size. Obviously not photoshopped! Great fish!!!! Pics like this force me to fish before my next planned fishing trip. I guess the yardwork will have to wait. Thanks.

Tans are over-rated. Dermatologists will tell you that milky white skin, if one is Caucasian, is healthier. For example I was fishing a spot very similar in appearance to where Jim caught his dandy brown, and amazingly caught a similarly nice fish (not sure, but mine looks bigger), while an obviously very healthy young lady fished closeby.

    Nice fish, Jim :thumb:

Wow...Jim's not only a great fisherman, but a CSI lead investigator on the WFF board! Reminds me of the line from Ferris Buehler where he tells his buddy if he shoved a lump of coal up his ass he would have a diamond in a week.

I must be the first member in 310,347 posts to have made a comment to which someone took offense. I must admit, I can remember another thread that went on forever about Jimmy Lemmert, where members went on and on about their feelings toward the guy, good and bad.

I don't post pictures of the gigantic fish I regularly catch because inevitably members comment on how the fish is being held, how it was caught, the temperature of the water, grass, or rocks where the fish lays for the photo, and so on and so forth.

If Jim feels the need to go off on others for posting something that might hurt his feelings, he should turn in his WFF membership and start reading and posting on the following site:

    http://www.mannersmentorblog.com/2009/07/want-to-be-real-and-polite-heres-how.html

Freedom of speech is a beautiful thing!

Thats a funny pic Itchy Dog, my sincere apologies to you for mistaking Jim for you. I'm sure you're a cool, laid back dude.

And to Jim, here's to wishing you a quick recovery from your injured feelings and some pamprin for your swollen ego.bawling:
