AK Best vise/base pic?

    Can anyone post a good pic or two of an AK Best vise with base (not C-clamp).
    Preferably the original. I don't know if the configuration is the same as the MacKenzie version.

    Hi Mark,

    Here is one of the original ads for the vise. There were two base models available, one with the small base like Norm posted and one with the bobbin holder and third hand attached like in this picture.

    Im looking for the dubbing needle and bodkin, as well as the scissors with bodkin, anyone have them that would like to sell?

    It will be hard to find but not impossible, a lot of times I see them for sale missing the third hand and the bobbin holder. The Mckenize base is exactly the same, if you come across one you can take that parts of that.
