I read this yesterday and sat down at the vise. I tied 3 each:

    #12 Elk Hair Caddis
    #14 Parachute Adams
    #8 Olive Bead Head Nymph
    #12 Pheasant Tail Nymph

I'm not the greatest tier in the world. If you think you can use these, I can send them your way. I don't have an address for you though.

I have not updated this thread in a bit. I'll call this one full unless someone really wants to add to the collection. We've got nearly 20 fly tiers. I'm happy that what I've started should help the cause.

I received flys from Camo Clad Warrior today. He slipped in a note saying these were productive flies and he also tied some for the Secret Santa Swap. Since that swap's deadline and drawing has not yet hit the streets I'm not going to spoil Christmas by posting any photos just yet. Thanks Camo Clad Warrior, these flies are HOT flies for sure and will make someone in the Secret Santa Swap and the charity auction very happy. Thanks again to all who have tolerated my antics and joined the swap to benefit the Soroptomists near me.

I'm always looking for a swap to get into. I think the pressure to tie fishable flies and try to make each one identical has really been great. I'll keep an eye out. (or you can call me out in public like Daconil did, an effective tactic)

My Soroptomist contact emailed me to ask about progress. I told her flies had already started arriving. She has some paperwork for me to fill out. I'm wondering if you all mind using your names as donating items to their cause. If you please, send me a PM to tell me your real name, if you wish to be anonymous or if you are okay with being named in the list of fly tiers. Thanks.

Well overdue for me to update the first post...flies in hand (all awesome ties too) from CCW, DocSpratley, Western and just in yesterday MItransplant. This swap has been a success so far and will even get more impressive as the rest of the flies roll in. Thanks to all.

How is everyone doing? Would it be possible to have these all in hand within the next week or so? I'd like to get it wrapped up and delivered to the Soroptomists. Thanks all.

    Hey Mumbles,
I need your addy again. I did not keep it from the Xmas swap and as I said I was running behind due to my self induced fiasco. Anywho, I have flies ready to ship.
