    Emails sent. The other day I say steelhead on the menu in a restaurant in NY. Turns out it was farmed trout from Argentina. Too bad that steelhead is used as a marketing tool to make farmed raised trout sound more appealing. IT confuses the issue with true steelhead being served.

    Rufus Woods net pen triploids are also marketed as steelhead and even 'Columbia River Steelhead'. I would love to get a law passed prohibiting that!
