Anyone using a Thompson Cobra vise?

    It is an interesting looking vise, like something out of star wars. I'd be interested if anyone has been using one too. Imagine the accessories bring the price up a bit. Here's the link to the DH Thompson page about it.

    I did find a non-biased review someplace....specifically saying it was a great vice for trout patterns only, that the jaws were not grooved to hold larger flies, and the pedestal was too small, causing the vice to rock or tip over when applying thread tention on larger flies...I will wait for the upgraded version!
