It's been my experience that when you get the blustery days and some chop to the water that the chum usually are much more aggressive and come into shore. I have had my best days on the water in Allyn on days like this, I will try to get out and let you folks know if my theory is correct. The other thing I have noticed is that you tend to have plenty of elbow room on days like this too, LOL. According to my journals, the best bite is a week out yet, for all the reports that are saying the runs are dwindling, I think we may have had an early push of fish.....if we get some measurable rain to push the scent of the rivers and streams out into the estuaries, we will bend some rods...
    My two cents
