I gave up waiting for better weather!!

Low-50's, with mostly sunny skies but unfortunately a 5-7 mph breeze.

It was fine in the morning, but I did not get fishing until noon and by 2:00pm that breeze was pushing 15 mph.

Fishing was good until the wind started. About 10 fish, with one 3lb and one 2lb that I killed and had for dinner. All the other fish were planters than ran 12-14 inches. When the wind picked up the fishing went downhill at a rapid clip.

Only good news was that I tied up a new streamer for large fish and it did catch a fish. I am looking forward to fishing this streamer on a lake with larger fish. Most fish were caught with bobbers and a little red ice cream cone.

    Water temperature was 48 degrees.

Thanks for the report. Not a bad time on the water for the time you had.
