    Big Mayfly at Winchester Dam on the N Umpqua, May 27, 2016.

    Hexagenia Limbata.JPG
    Amateur entomologist here: Hexagenia Limbata is my guess. This one was from the Columbia River near Priest Rapids.

    Yes indeed, this male subimago is Hexagenia limbata. :)
