    trying to bust a burnt log in half and the branch I was reefing on broke and I almost landed in the fire. it was a classic move.... Thanks for the reply it truley was a awesome trip..

    I remember being asked by the locals on the O to avoid fishing while the Browns were spawning. Did you experience the same?

    No problems although I did see one guy fishing the beds get chewed by the sheriff but he waved and smiled at us when he went by although we tried to stay off spawning fish. There is a lot of fish and there is not enough room for them all to spawn at the same time plenty of feeding fish around.

    My father in law just went to the Owyhee. Damn, I knew I shoulda gone with him. I gotta get to that river! Great report!
