what are you filling it with?
Special secret sauce.......
Just kidding, its fast curing epoxy, tinted with different acrylics.
You want to make sure its not to hard or it will pop out over time. It looks really cool.
Its viscous enough that it soaks into the cork fairly well, and I know from trying to repair one I screwed up, that it bonds EXTREMELY well. I poke it into the base of the inlay with a toothpick, it becomes almost a "mechanical" bond. Also, the epoxy I use remains fairly flexible when its cured, Like I said....secret sauce.:thumb: Just did an article for the journal on how to do it, hope to do a follow up very soon, check it out.
