Hit the beach at sunrise on the incoming tide. It was really windy, but finally got to a spot with a little protection. The water was full of baitfish. Fished mainly "shock n awe" in chartreuse and chartreuse and pink. Had a small resident silver on for a second and some other bumps, but no other hook-ups. No rolling salmon seen anywhere. So much for global warming... I was actually cold this morning. Hmmm... second ice-age on the horizon??
