If you really need to get some from a shop, Orvis in Bellevue, Kaufman's Streamborn in Seattle on 4th (I think it is 4th) and Creek Side also on 4th (again I think it is 4th). Floating hat is right, it's a bunny leech. I suck, horribly, and I can tie on a bunny tail piece then spiral wrap a strip to be tied off at the head. Spice them up with a set of barbell eyes for heavy currents and wrap bright chenile around the head and eyes to make that an Egg Sucking Leech. There is an angler that I respect a lot, in the winter he only fishes ESL's, many colors, lengths and weights, but all ESL's. Search the gallery, you will see tons of samples.
You may have to 'dig around' a bit (or just call them for the right httm) but Mark B put up a GREAT post on his web site on Winter/Summer 2-hander flies a day or two back. It IS worth a few minutes of your time.
