    Hey Jack, I was expecting a couple of green backs.....Maybe $20's or something... Were they native or hatchery brats and did you release then unharmed???? :)

    Sweet reel!! I'll be rockin' one with rim control this weekend...a little Boshield, a good rinsing after using in salt and they're good to go...

    Thanks for mentioning Boshield.
    Someone (retired Boeing emp.) recommended that product to me a long time ago and I just couldn't remember the name. I'm working on getting some.
    One thing I found out in using the old Medalist/Finalist type reels in the salt; every once and a while it is good to remove and wash the backing. It can hold salt water on the arbor and cause problems.
