Yesterday Pinks, today Greens.
Hey Jack, I was expecting a couple of green backs.....Maybe $20's or something... Were they native or hatchery brats and did you release then unharmed????
Nice Jack, I specialize in that species... if you need any pointers, let me know
The salty angler likes vinegar with his greens. Nice reel.
Please pass the oil and vinegar!
I landed about 3 lbs myself today. Send me a PM and I will tell you about my spot.
Sweet reel!! I'll be rockin' one with rim control this weekend...a little Boshield, a good rinsing after using in salt and they're good to go...
Thanks for mentioning Boshield.
Someone (retired Boeing emp.) recommended that product to me a long time ago and I just couldn't remember the name. I'm working on getting some.
One thing I found out in using the old Medalist/Finalist type reels in the salt; every once and a while it is good to remove and wash the backing. It can hold salt water on the arbor and cause problems.
that's good to know...I should probably do that at some point.
