Who said anything about blue collar? If it won't fit your Yeti cooler I strongly suggest getting a cooler to fit it.

If you find the ganache + coffee disturbing the real questions become:

    Why?
And whether Enlightened knows you have this recurring vision of a mantie-clad dancer?

There's no shame in being in touch with your inner dancing man. Plus isn't that Will Arnett anyway? I'd say Mr Arnett, Napoleon Dynamite, Will Farrell and Amy Pohler in Blades of Glory was a comedic triumph of sport movie genre... thrashing out Dodge Ball and only rivalled by Bad News Bears (the original).

I know Ganache is A-grade stupid name for ice cream. But man, when twinned with some coffee, it is a superior mocha....trust me on this, and if you are out Seattle way, I will make you and enlightened both one...

I found a great discount deal on the, 36 ounce Yeti thermos. It keeps coffee or water, etc., very hot, for way longer than any of my previous insulated bottles had.

I like fresh roasted coffee, freshly ground. I preheat the thermos, with boiling hot water for ten minutes, prior to filling it with scalding hot coffee. I wrap the thermos in a towel and stow it in a dry bag all day. When I am out rowing in the dory on these damp, cool autumn mornings, a hot coffee makes for a comforting break. By late afternoon this coffee will still burn your lips if you aren't careful drinking it. Cookies mandatory.

My favorite coffee is from Sunrise Coffee Company in Port Townsend. They ship worldwide:

Now that the OP's coffee making needs are fulfilled, let's get some more good roaster recommendations. We still go with silver Kirkland bag of beans and drip coffee maker for our bulk consumption. I have yet to dive in to the micro-roaster (or whatever people call it) industry. I've seen recommendations for Cravens, Peets, Blue Star, and Sunrise in this thread. What else is worth a taste? Something good I can use with the Aeropress.
