NFR Drone Quadcopters - Anybody Here Fly Them?

I'm just going by the base model Phantom 3 Standard. They go up over $10k. Some would be easier to shoot down than others. This video should help those filled with drone rage though...

My wife totally surprised me with a Mavic Pro for our anniversary. I'm having a blast with it. It's super easy to fly, but,... what ever you get, get familiar with the instruction, and also the FAA regulation.

I enjoy photography, and this really opens up a whole new world for me.

As tempting as shooting a drone out of the sky, there are actually federal laws that protect drones. If the drone operator is respectful of other property owners, and flies responsibly, there really shouldn't be an issue. Educate your self, it's really like any other hobby, the more knowledge you have the more enjoyable it can by.

 

Totally good reasons to not fly around animals, people, and shotguns!

 

These drones totally annoy me and drive me bat-shit angry when I see them whilst out on the water.

But I kinda want one.

Just got done flying a little Holy Stone Bolt Bee. It's several orders of magnitude easier to fly than an RC helicopter. Lot of fun.

 

There's a new club forming here in the Arizona desert.

 

i sure ain't payin' no one on top of being harrased by them drones!!!!
