    Took my little $24 yellow rod fishing yesterday. Catches fish just as good as the one made of butter.

    My first fly rod was an Eagle Claw fiberglass, but it wasn't yellow. More of a brownish-orange colored blank. 8 1/2' for a 7 wt, altho I learned to cast a 9 wt on it.
