I'm tying my Careys already. Copper wire reinforced bodies for durability! Can you tell I'm stoked?

    Hey everybody,
The two flies that I said I would tie are done. I am in the process of trying to decide on at least one more pattern. I still have about a month so I'll find something else. Any suggestions? Either post them here or send me a PM. If everyone gets done early I will send my flies early also.

I guess I've always done my math differently. 15 tiers which includes me. Why do I need to tie a fly for myself? I tie 14 of each fly for the other 14 folks in the swap. That's 28 total. Am I somehow wrong here? Don't worry about sending one of mine back to me.

You're right IRA.. but for the sake of not having to explain the process to the uninitiated. I just say tie as many as there are swappers.. plus the swapmeister wouldn't mind get some extra flies :thumb:

Hey Backyard, have you been getting my PM's? Need some info before I send the flys. They are all finished. Disregard this, I just needed to look at my personal e-mails, I have been used to getting a notification when I bring up the web site that I have messages. Yours snuck in on me. Flyn'dutchman

The flies I have recieved from Randy and IRA look sweet! It looks like Randy even put a extra set of flies in there for everyone. :D

I'll be checking my po box again in the next few days...

I'd love to take credit for whatever great looking flies you have there Backyard, but my 14 Black Docs and 11 of the 14 deep water Chironimids I'm tying are still hooked to my tying bench.

Mine should be out on Monday or Tuesday.

    IRA..
