    Haven't seen that color Batson blank before, but the thread matches it nicely. Nice even epoxy, especially for your first build :thumb:

    Thanks for the positive comments. Far from perfect, but pleased for the first build. This was a prototype Batson blank, hence the different color. I actually like the color, different from the usual stuff. I plan on donating the rod, working with the local club to find someone who could use a rod.
