My roommate has a boat do we are going to try to launch and fish the sound near the mouth of the nisqually. Can anyone give me information about a boat launch in the area and some tips about the area? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

if your after pinks save your time, they ain't there. I don't know what is running up the river right now as I haven't been fishing it. just been fishing pinks in MA11. good luck.

That was the plan outlaw but maybe we should head north a bit. Can you recommend an area and a launch for me?

Thomas, the pink fishing is still slow however, you can pick some up around Dash Point area. Launch at PT Defiance ($13 fee) and then head north east to Dash.

yep, your best bet as above. we have been catching some pinks at browns point which is a straight shot from Pt. Defiance. you can start there and troll north to dash point. there are some kings and coho in the area also. good luck
