Hey all, new to the forum and highly recommended by a fellow Washingtonian now residing in NW Montana. My father gave me a blank years ago and it's time to make it happen. As in the title, it's a Sage B9140-3GFL blank and I'd like to not only turn it into a steel machine, but I'd eventually like to pass it down to my children in due time. That being said, I'd like to equip it with some class for components (seat, cork and guides). I'm looking for recommendations on which guides to source first and will slowly piece it together this winter. If you have recommendations on cork as well as a dapper reel seat, I'm all ears as well. I grew up in Yakima fishing the Deschutes with my father and I'd like to bring it back and head to the OP as well. Any and all suggestions are welcome and thanks for letting me join you all on this life-long pursuit. As I said it's my first wrap and I plan to take my time and get it done right. Thanks to my good bud Karsten for introducing me to this group! Tight lines! Chris from Montana
