I must say, Ive never personally attended the Hoh down but those cooking pics are damn near enough to make me drive my ass up there! All them dutch ovens are classic, awesome set up you guys got going up there for the Oxbow campground.

Ok question for those who are buying in for food. Anyone can't stand hot/spicy and allergic to shellfood like shrimp and crab?
I'm a one star * wimp Jerry. It's nice to have *stars* on the side to add to taste. Over two stars and I start sweating so much I can't see my food.
1 star wimp all the way. Never will understand why people like to punish themselves so. Oh wait, It's a bunch of fly fish steelheaders.
It's one of those things you build a tolerance to. 4 or 5 star typically isn't that painful for me. If you can stand the heat, there's a lot of flavor in a good hot sauce.
