I was out fishing the other day and a guy and I were talking. He mentioned I had the wrong kind of force fins for fly fishing. He said if I got them at a Dive shop, they are too short. Is this right? These are the ones I have:

When you kick them do they make you go? Yup, they're the right kind.

Ok I don't want to be too smart for my own good, I use ones originally bought for diving, and I think they're fine. Don't let those other guys make fun of your fins for being too short. (although if they tease you for the color I don't blame them...)

He bud, looking here it appears you have the scuba ones:

Now, I agree, they do the job, no problem. I have these, and not sure what they difference is other than the tops.

I will never get rid of them although lately I have been using the Omegas. I think the Force Fin are better with bad waves and winds as I can hunker in better. They don't flex like the Omegas. I feel I work harder (in wind) with the Omegas.

Both great fins, but for different occasions.

    You know us women.....

Find that guy and kick his puny ass! You have force fins, maybe not the same kind as he's got. Do they move you? Are they comfortable? They sure are BRIGHT though, kind of BANANA like...and you know what they say about BANANAS and BOATS, right?

Blue, high heeled-fins?! They sure are styling! I wonder how they'd work? I have many more pairs of wading boots than I do heels, but I could go from the lake to dinner without changing if I got a pair or two of these, LOL!

Blue, you plucked that photo off the web...I double dog dare you to post a photo of a pair on your feet.
Freestone...where will you put the full spectrum of colors, and isn't your water master and outcast pontoons RED? Maybe the black ones would go fine, but the orange and blue (well maybe blue for blue and here scadden) just won't go.

Well, the red ones will go with my red Scadden Cardiac Canyon and Escalade. The blue ones match my Tote-N-Float, Outcast Y2K and Scadden Deschutes while the black ones will go well with my gray Outcast Pac1200 and my olive WaterMaster. Darn, it looks like I'm going to have to buy more shoes, uh, I mean fins, I mean heels! Then again, it might be easier if I sold some boats, LOL. On the other hand, a girl can never have too many shoes - or boats!

Chef, you are really stylin' in those yellow fins. You can hang with us gals anytime, though the blue pumps/fin would match your boat better!

Blue, you guys had the best Cardiacs ever!

Thanks! I do miss them, but I do like the new U design. No twisting in the wind.
Man you have quite the collection, I thought I was bad.
