You are of course correct, Ryan. My point is that posting on line that "somebody should do something" doesn't feed the bulldog. In addition to informing others, it's OK to tell vendors and restaurateurs what you think. It is amazing what impact that makes. I do it, and I invite others to do it as well. I should have clarified - I suggest you don't limit your actions to posting on line. Better? Alpinetrout - when I told them (Pike Place Market) what I thought, in person, I waited until there was a crowd in front of the store, and then after I finished my rant with the proprietor, I turned and challenged those within earshot to support the demise of ESA fish by purchasing from a vendor who obviously didn't give a rip. Did it do any good? Probably not. Did it make me feel better? Abso-frickin-lutely.
