I thought of naming my sled, "If it can be hit I'll hit it".
Nomlasder helped be build my pram "Pramela"...
The new Smokercraft Alaskan is the "Glennie Mae"...
One FishCat is "Flo" as in florescent green and the other was named "The Pimp Ship" by Backyard.
I'm not allowed to disuss accessories unless ya'll have EAR and ITAR clearances...
YOU MUST OF BEEN OUT ON MY BUDDIES INTRUDER WHEN I WAS DRIVING. YOU CAN NEVER REALLY TRUST THOSE DEPTH FINDERS. 9.6FT 9.4FT 9.6FT ROCK!!!!! WTF!!!
I LIKE PRAMELA ROPER, THATS GOOD.
One of the best I ever saw was on a cartopper in Tillamook Bay named "Capillary". It took me a while...
Capillary is the smallest [blood] vessel...
Another good one was "the other woman". Personally, I like "Rx...Dr's Orders"
The alumaweld I used to own I was going to name "Chasin' Tail". The girlfriend didnt find the humor in it.
I GOT A FRIEND WHO TOLD ME A STORY ABOUT THIS BAR DOWN IN TEXAS CALLED 'CHURCH'. ANYTIME IS WIFE WOULD CALL UP TO SEE WHERE HE WAS, HE WOULD SAY 'IM FIXEN TO GO TO CHURCH.' THE PART HE DIDNT ADD WAS 'TO GET REALLY F#@KED UP.'
I saw a big ski boat called the "Fog Ducker". That seemed inapropriate, but funny as hell.
A buddy of mine named his after his ex-wife. He said hell it was the least he could do after all she was paying for it !!!
Awww, c'mon now.
Do you mean to tell me that NOBODY has named their boat the Happy Hooker?
Or Xaviera. Take your choice.
Right. Probably the wives & significant others would Not Approve.
eons ago I worked a few seasons on a troller originating out of Newport, then down out of Half Moon Bay and the bay area named the "Obstinate", always thought of that as a cool name for boat. Back in the same era another guy I knew had a boat named "Boat" as well.
Otter, I think you just gave away your age. I'll bet less then half the people on this board know who Xavier Hollander is. Her name would make a great name for a boat and I seem to remember seeing a boat named the Happy Hooker. I believe it was on gamefishin.
Old, old 14'6'' Willie that I push with a motor in the salt from time to time - push being the operative word here; five knots tops. We named her "The Pregnant Sow".
I have a small boat that I named "Whale Tail"
A whale tail is when a lady bends down and you can see the top of her thong style undies. It looks like a whale's tail when it dives down. Most people see the name and say that's cute cause they don't get it, but the ones that get it really crack up.
I like the name "Lucky Pierre" for a boat and on one of those shark fishin shows there was a boat named "Crack Oar"
There is a story about a kid that was so ugly they had to tie a pork chop around his neck to get the dog to play with him.
I named my boat "Pork Chop" because it gets people to fish with me.
My canoe, "tippy-2". My 14' sled, "stained shorts". Nuf said.
