Hi guys, new to the forum. Been lurking for a while though and love it. Though I'd share an idea and say hello, here's a homemade dubbing spinner then can help save a few $$. Its a 55mm wadington shank, a split ring, and a 3oz triangle weight, spins great and has a single pinch point which I prefer. Hope y'all enjoy! Sorry I can't get the photos in proper order View attachment 149850 View attachment 149851 View attachment 149852 DSC_0596-01.jpeg View attachment 149853 DSC_0621-01.jpeg

That's a great idea, I'm going to try it when I cycle back to winter steelhead flies, thanks!

Thank you for the $ saver. Most of us already have everything needed (or something very similar) for this spinner.

I use this dull, barbless 3/8 oz jighead I found on the riverbank like 5 years ago.
