Has anyone fished the Kalama river fly fish only area recently? :DUNNO I am also looking for a web site where I might find some recent information on the kalama river.

I am thinking of going down there this week and wanted some current information.

    Thanks!

Fished down there about a week ago, saw no fish in the ff only section, saw a few down at begginers hole. One word of caution, I went on a sunday when it was about 90 degrees and the river was literally invested with rafts and intertubes, even up in the ff only section. Best to fish early and late. Good luck, let us know how you do.

One of my friends went down there a couple days ago and caught a 14 and 12 pounder. It seems to be doing very well. Hope this helps,
