    At times you cannot be bothered with "pretty", but you need a pattern which keeps floating...

    Hook: Tiemco 102Y #11-15
    Thread: Benecchi 12/0, black
    Body/head: Closed cell foam 2mm, dark green
    Wing: Mallard drake copper throat
    Hackle: Cree - trimmed below body
