I was kidding...but Burien? Burien? I know a guy in Burien, radio announcer voice, cool as shit, tries to act grumpy sometimes. Who wants to relax next to the airport!

Where's a good place for a beer in Burien? As of now I only head that way for an Aussie pie or to see the German butcher.

Let's say that I live somewhere between Point No Point and the Hood Canal Bridge. Seattle is not out of the realm of possibility, but I don't know the area as well as I do my own neck of the woods.

Sounds like there are many other hosts out there...so, where are you hosting the next get together?

I am always willing to host on this side, last time got screwed up because of work travel and only 2 of us made it on short notice(i learned a lot though). I would like to attend one over in mumbles neck of the woods though so i have an excuse to go poke around some water over there.

For the record, we have no water over here. We have to truck in water and then boil it, filter it and add flavor...and that is the good water. No need to be poking around...

I going to do another holiday swap once Larry cleans out all the rivers in Idaho ( I left all the big ones for him and a greyling) and once the runs start to die down
I know they are a ways off right now but its September already

I would be in to do something sooner as I am likely my latest ties nad fishing on the Beach and the Yak are heating up

I was also looking at doing some get togther on the Ronde mid October if anyone was interested
maybe BBQing a wild turkey or something stream side

I could host if you want. We moved again this summer (to Whitehorse) and have a better space than before. Even has a 60" TV so we could catch the game as well. It would have to be the first part of Oct though as I'm away mid Oct thru Dec. It's about 2 miles from Kingston Ferry for easy access. Lots of space but no tables and chairs.

Better than before, holy smokes, before was a fly tyer's man cave bonus room of awesomeness.

I think early october might be cool. We could also just take over a local establishment and you could host the next one when you got back.

Great to read something from you, hope all is well.
