I have to say, that the Little D is not much of a secret. It has actually been written up in a couple online places. On by one of our very own members REE. I like the river but it is small water and the access is very limited.

Geez... all this time I thought you were talking about The Little Deschutes in Oregon... perhaps if exposing a river to over crowding by posting the name on the Forum, it is a good thing if there is confusion as to which danged river you are talking about :)

The "little" "D" is in Washington and the other "D" is in Oregon. I thought that we all knew that. I guess that you must be in the dark.

There's no fish in there, nor the Cedar, nor the Spokane... Not any more anyways... don't know why ppl still talk about those cess pools.

Only if there are hipsters playing Frisbee and floating down the river drinking PBR. otherwise the experience might be totally different.

As far as I'm concerned, the little D could use a few more friends who enjoy catching and releasing 8" native cutthroat on dry flies and a few less who catch them and stuff them in a creel.
