The wife and I are taking a week long trip to Alberta in early September. We will be visiting Banff National Park and other nearby areas. We are taking the toons and all gear with us to fish lakes and rivers. Will be coming back through B.C.
If anyone has fished lakes or smaller rivers in and around those areas, I would appreciate any spots that would be worth fishing/ visiting.

    Thanks

I have fished the bow just east of there, but it was a week long drift.
You might inquire about it locally when you get there. It is a long river.
AsI recall, the Bow is pretty sterile above Calgary.

The Bow, The Crows Nest, OlD Man in Alberta.

I would also consider the option of going up through MT and hit the lakes on The BF Reservation in Sept. Prime time.
