Sage's marketing speaks in code... I would like to cast the Accel 9' 3wt and 9' 4wt. I feel like when it comes to dorky rod series names, Thomas & Thomas does it better.

I guess the sage one wasn't really the one, because after the inital hype I never see it mentioned.

Glad to see the emerald green blank come back. The red methods were just not me.

my RPL+ had that color blank. I like it, although I like the motive and XI3 blues a lot too.

I love my RPL+, but a jack crevalle broke it in Belize and I'm afraid when I get it back from Sage it won't cast the same

All rods should be so fortunate to be broken while a fish is on the line.

I had a chance to lawn-test a One and a Method yesterday for the first time; both nine foot fives. The speed seemed about the same: fast, and the Method was a little smoother.

Does anyone remember what sage described the speed of the z axis as? Med fast?

Casted one yesterday (spey) and it felt like I was throwing a piece of linguini with a fly at the end given the way it bent. Pretty fun with a skagit head... Wonder if this will feel similar.
