Thanks for the link. I might have to check them out once I get back into the area
I carry in my car (not sure why) a .22 mag. The pistol is in a wallet, pretty cool. It is loaded with mag hollow points if they can get past the first layer or so, they might do some damage.
I carry on serious trips, The Ruger SP101 snub nose 357. For me to pull it however, better be some serious life threatening schizzz.
I'll take my Sig/Sauer P226N in .40. Accurate, comfortable, fits my hand perfectly, and packs a decent punch.
I'll see your Sig and raise you a Kimber Ultra-Carry in 45 ACP...
Those Kimber Ultras are good looking pistols. I have a Kimber Custom II, great shooting gun. Have heard good things about their Pro and Ultra sizes as well.
I have my Fathers Custom II stainless, it's the best shooting pistol I own, hands down. I'd like to get a 9 in the same format.
I'd like to get a 9mm stainless custom II as well. I am a left handed shooter though so I would want to add an ambi safety to it, or just live with flipping my thumb over like I do now with my Custom II
I'd still rather have the ol' MP-5.
Wouldn't we all...
Love my Pro Carry's, but my best and most reliable pistols when i carried for a living are a matched set of Glock 20's in full pressure 10mm. still carry an 8 shot Smith 357, but there wasnt much i would not have been able to handle with that set of pistols.
Give me a Calico in 10mm over an MP5, or better yet, the new .300 Blackout in a carbine format.
Whatever your choice, it all goes back to the beginning of this thread. Learn how to use and when to use, your firearm of choice. Thanks for the suggestion on the Magpul videos. Hadn't kept up on how much they have advanced since just intoducing a simple magazine removal device.
