I have to 6wt fly rods that I am looking to sell and I have a SA system 2 reel that I would offer with either rod. I don't want to sell the reel separate until I sell the rods.

First is a Sage SP 9' 6wt 3pc rod. It was built buy Steve Moran in Spokane. Steve has been building rods for probably 30 years and does a great job. He uses H&H guides which are the same guides Sage uses. His wraps are top notch usually match the blank and he used gold metallic tipping for this rod. He likes to use a wood handle which he turns himself and he used a matching piece for the reel seat. He hollow's out some of the wood and uses cork to reduce the weight of the grip. this gives a very positive feel when casting/fishing and is comfortable. The hook keeper is pinched but there and it is hardly noticeable. You can leave it as is or I can replace it, your choice. Otherwise the rod is in good condition. It will come in a rod/reel case. SOLD

Second is a 8'8" 6wt 2pc Custom built fly rod. Label reads Signature Zak Rod for Ted Fay Fly Shop - Dunsmuir, CA. It also says GFL which I believe is the blank, possibly a Loomis blank? If any one has a good guess let me know. Any way the rod is is good shape and was build by some one who has built many rods, It had gold metallic trip wraps and the finish is nicely done. Comes in a rod/reel case $115 shipped

Scientific Anglers System 2 6/7 reel and spare spool. The reel has wear the rim otherwise in good condition and is 100% functional. Comes with a 6wt intermediate line and backing $65 with either rod.

GFL is likely a Sage blank in the green color as opposed to brown, but other Sage experts will likely chime in. Cool builds.

The B on the Sage rod signifies that it was sold as a blank, not the color

I do know about the B on the SP and personally know the builder. But was not sure of the blank for the Ted Fay Fly Shop rod?
