If you can understand using beads it isn't a far stretch to accept gummies. Get off your horse and join the rest of us in the gutter.

I've tossed spoons with a 9140 so I would think hucking gummies wouldn't be to tough.

Wasn't me man. I think they are nice but no drool there. I did get to try them out at the casting clinic (guess you would call it a test drive). Black and Gold? Yeah I was thinking you would notice the little scratch on the finish. If you did sorry man since my hands are a little jittery as I get older.

I'm w/ Mumbles on the projectile vomiting. I like catching steelhead...but not that much.

Pukers puke away. I find these types of threads rather entertaining.....much more so then the 9,861st "which five wt should I buy" threads.

Honestly it is cool to see what tackle and tactics others use. Some I'll try, some I might not admit I'd try. By the way, I'm looking for a new 5wt...any recommendations?

I use pink worms, but it's "acceptable" because there used as rubber legs on 9/0 stoneflys when I fish around Chernobyl

    Ed,
I'd recommend a stout 5 wt capable of throwing worms, multiple bead patterns, mondo bobbers and an occasional jig. Would that cover your all of your fishing criteria? ;)
