30's and 40's dust bowl I'd guess. Temps were warmer then than today. That busts the entire thing where US temps are concerned. 1950's were cooler so the charts look more convincing. When temps from the 1930's are included in charts we don't see any warming. Who'd a thunk?

Check this out, 50 Non-hockey stick graphs. It depends on who you believe and who you don't believe.

Science does not support the assumption CO2 is increasing global surface temps.

[IMG] Yeah....like those twits who "predict" the weekly weather. It might help them if they actually pulled their collective heads out of their collective ass and look out the window once in a while.

Prof Wadhams, a leading expert on Arctic sea ice loss, has recently published a book entitled A Farewell To Ice in which he repeats the assertion that the polar region would free of ice in the middle of this decade.

Guess he'd better get on with it; he's only got 3 more years! One wonders who considers him a "leading expert"?

the Old Farmer's Almanac predicts a colder, wetter Winter for the PNW-again. they certainly nailed it last year!

They'd probably slow it down, if they'd shut their pie holes, and quit talking.

Nothing but hot air coming out...

Yup, cow fart regs along with a background check for purchasing ammo... 2018.
There's a reason the State of Jefferson is being taken more seriously.

Having just recently been in CA for a family wedding, I should think they would do something about all the trash littering the streets and highways. From Marina to Alameda to Sacramento, the place looks like shit. Were it not for family, I would not go there. As for regulating cow farts, no doubt some hard earned taxpayer money being wasted by a few of the select Ag universities.

Sadly, that secession will never happen. One of the most treasured land holdings in the United States has past the point of no return IMHO. The best thing to do is simply speak with your wallet... and leave.

so I wonder who's going to do the "background" check?? The NICS system isn't set up for that, and won't do it. Will there be a 15-day "waiting period"? before you can get a box of 12ga duck loads? Good ol` gov brown nose...what a joke!

so the ewww dub "climate scientists" are telling us it'll be dryer and warmer this Winter, based on an article in the Wenatchee World last week....and this morning in Peshastin it was 28 degrees: there's snow on the peaks now already, and frost on my tent up at deer camp yesterday for the entire morning.......

One of the data points that shall be omitted... obviously a complete anomaly :).
