Does anyone have the recipe for the version Bergman used?

Ya might check with this guy...
This thread caught my eye so I pulled out my copy of Ray Bergman's Trout and couldn't find a grey ghost pattern in any of the 17 plates.
It's a 1962 edition.
There is one in Plate 12 of the 1971 printing.
Body: Orange floss
Ribbing: Silver tinsel
wing: Blue-gray hackles tied streamer, Silver Pheasant cheek, Long Zgolden Pheasant crest, Jungle eye
Hackle: Peacock herl, White Bucktail tied streamer (from the plate, the peacock herl is tied along the sides of the fly and the bucktail underneath)
Good eye! I went back and found it in my edition too. Just missed it first time around. My bad.
