I am considering adding the the Z-Axis 5110 switch rod. I am looking for something to use when fishing smaller rivers and where most steel head would be in the under 8 lb range. Also, I would like to be able to use it for floating line swinging work (Klamath and Trinity in the late summer/fall) as well as for nymphing when conditions or the water are better suited to drifting nymphs (Trinity/Coastal Oregon). I also am hoping to use it for trout on larger trout waters. I already have good spey set-ups for swinging and I also have the TCX 7119 for winter swinging on smaller rivers.

If you have any thoughts on the 5110 and line recommendations (both for swinging and nymphing) would appreciate it.
