Anyone ever have any luck or even try for SRC on Lummi Is.? I'm building a house on the side and see some pretty nice beach areas on the way back to the ferry, and often wonder if people have ever fished there.

    Thanks!

Andrew, I fish pretty close to Lummi Island. At least I did twenty years ago, and will start trying again this year with a fly. I did catch a few from time to time. Some nights where good and others not so. Isn't that the way it goes. I would think some of the nooksack fish would push in and out of there. I think it would be worth a shot. Look for beaches with softball sized rocks, and if any oysters are around better yet. I will start casting from my little spots towards the end of the month. Good Luck:thumb:
