    Last nights attempt at Mr Glasso's fine steelhead fly. I changed it up slightly as i added a fine oval tinsel tag to add support to the rear of the floss body and added embossed silver through the body. Hackle is white eared pheasant dyed yellow and blue eared dyed black for the collar.

    I caught my first steelhead on the fly with this pattern many years ago, it holds a special place in my heart, as do all the Glasso patterns.
