Head out in the dark in search of chum this morning.
Checked out a few areas and no go. Big moon and high tide made chum a no go.
Some minor flooding and no fish observed.

Decided to go check out white buoy beach.
Started fishing around 9:30. The tide was still way to high with for my liking. Lots of salad so started off with the topwater.
Missed two nice fish that totally missed the bug. Finally had enough beach so went to the dark side.
Overall a good day with some nice fish to hand. Used a Orange clouser with a UV copper polar chenille belly most of the day. Finally changed flies after a big goldish orange buck with a gator looking mouth decided to take it from me.
Called it a day around 3:00 and headed north to watch some football.
I used a net and took a few fish pics today. Sorry about that.

Digging the color on that last fish! I'm using this as motivation to get out there this week.

A few more pictures from yesterday.
This was about an hour before the high tide. The high was 13 ft.
We'll have higher tides coming in the future. Add some wind and waves and things will get ugly.

Nice day Brian, looks like spawning color taking over the usual SRC salty camouflage.

This dude is a beaut, just look @ that gill plate, perfection.
