    Dear all!

I have a 6 feet long ponton boat but I have the following problem
with it: I usually fish with it but when there is wind it turns away
from the good direction. Sometimes even the swing of the casting is
enough to turn it into another direction. I would like to ask your
advice what can I do to avoid these spins.

    Thanks for the answers,
    haromp

Depends on the type of fishing your doing. If you want to hold position, you can use two anchors. If you want to move around, the only thing that will help is to add a keel. I haven't seen anyone do this yet. But I'm sure someone has tried.

use an oar to reposition yourself or use fins to do it

Not scientific, but I usually anchor (only 1) my pontoon and leave the opposite oar (casting side) in the water. I noticed it keeps me from spinning as much.
